They ask patients to arrive 30 minutes early, but then take you in 20–30 minutes after your scheduled appointment anyway. On top of that, I was left sitting in a hospital gown for another 25 minutes before anything even started. I understand delays happen, but better communication and respect for patients time would go a long way. Be prepared to spend well over an hour here even for a scheduled appointment.
