I am at the hospital Emergency Room. The whole process was smooth, and was Triaged very quickly which was a very good surprise to me. I have My Charts account setup, and all the progress- from my waiting to assigning of room to test results, everything was getting updated realtime in app and an email. It was very transparent to know where I am standing on my progress. I hope no one has to use emergency services, if you need help I would recommend coming here. The staff is friendly and helpful, and very knowledgeable.
Dr. Ruf and team “ 5” took excellent care of my daughter, they went above and beyond their duty . Made her felt comfortable at the ER. I would definitely recommend this hospital to my family.
Has become one of the worst Er rooms I thought Rhode Island was bad they def about tied now .
My husband was brought into the emergency room by rescue in August with blood pressure over 200 and major headache! After waiting hours with no care they did a CT scan without contrast! Said they found nothing- sent him home with his blood pressure still higher than normal- said to see his primary within two days! After many tests we were told he suffered a stroke plus a brain bleed! It is now the end of December and he is still going for testing and many new doctors but is still no better!
