I just visited this ER, and I'm not one to leave reviews, but I was feeling pain in my body and needed to be seen. Getting there was a bit confusing because of construction, but once I got there, everything was pretty standard. ERs take a long time sometimes. But the staff was really nice, especially the MD. I wish I had gotten her name, but I actually got to tell her how kind she was. I know ER doctors are extremely overwhelmed with so much happening at once, but I felt looked at and cared for. 5 stars from me.
Told them I’m experiencing painful signs of an eruption( life or death) dizzy and light headed and still waiting 4.5 hours later, haven’t been called yet.. FYI ED is not even packed yet..people who came in after me going in ( one whom was just laughing and talking the whole time) smh
Went in for a spine issue, thank God I brought my cane seat, as I had no other option but to wait in line for thirty minutes until I got to the first point of contact. It was a relatively busy morning when I checked in, so I waited 2.5 hours to be seen, and then getting care took a while. We all wish it was a quicker process, but I trust that the triage process prioritizes those who need to be seen first. I appreciated getting text updates during my time here so I felt assured that I was not lost in the system. Every staff member I interacted with was great, and gave me time to ask questions even though they were very busy. Also the nurses were stellar at finding my veins for blood draws a... read more
I had an easy experience getting care. The nurse, A, was terrific at getting blood drawn and IV setup. I have bad veins and they had no problem with placement in a minor vein in my arm. Further, they and the doctor cleared up my concerns over bruising in my toe that I thought may have been infected tissue. It was easy and they provided me with extra juice & and ginger ale because I was dehydrated and to help keep the antibiotics I took down. Thanks much.
