They started showing up late and then I had an appointment for 9am which they confirmed the night before and they never showed up. I texted them to see if they were still coming and I never got a response back. I texted a few days later to see what was going on and still have not received a response from them.

Pro: Nice people. The first visit/deep cleaning was great. I was very behind on my house and very thankful to get it looking presentable again. A couple small things maybe missed but overall very happy. Cons: Seem to have a problem with time management and communication. I also wasn't sure what to expect for total time it would take to deep clean my house, which is 900 sq.ft., so they were there 3-4 hours the first day but were 90 minutes late, and I also needed to be gone by 2:30 for dr visit. Great people! So awesome at getting even the most horrendous messes clean and organized in no time at all. They truly are a miracle!
I called to get some assistance cleaning the floors and bathrooms of a house I had just moved into. They did a fantastic job! The floors look fabulous and the bathrooms were sparkling!
