Mirabelle Inn is our go to when we visit this area for wine tasting. The Staff is welcoming, accommodating and the rooms are comfortable, clean and the location is convenient to everything Solvang has to offer. We especially appreciate the short walk to the best coffee shop around, the Mission and the Playhouse. It is also nice to have an excellent restaurant on the premises. A special thanks to Tommy for making our most recent stay so incredible.
The young woman working the check in desk was unwelcoming and rude. She said very little to us when we walked in and offered little in the way of help or information. We have visited this hotel about once a year for the past seven years. This will be our last time. The young woman working the front desk made our stay horrible and uncomfortable every time we saw her in the lobby. The guests smiled more and were friendlier than the young woman. Overpriced 3 star hotel. Nice location, cute building, nice interior decorations. Little water pressure, no in room fridge, breakfast while "fancy" was only some fruit and danishes but nothing substantial. Bath was 1980 as was some of the fixtures. And all for $400 a night on a off season weekend. There are better hotels here or ones equal at lower prices.
