Very disappointing after-sales and warranty customer service experience with Minto. We contacted Minto regarding a long-standing plumbing issue at a property built by them. We were initially advised that the plumbing warranty had expired and were told to arrange our own plumber. After a licensed plumber attended the property, it was discovered that a construction plug had been left inside the toilet drain line and had never been removed after construction. ⭐☆☆☆☆ I would not recommend Minto based on my experience. I have always paid my rent on time and have maintained a good rental history. I applied to transfer to a townhouse that was only about $100 more per month than my current rent. Instead of a fair and straightforward process, I was asked to provide a guarantor and additional financial documents, even though I was already an existing tenant with a proven payment record. Terrible builder zero communication I will never ever recommend them or think of purchasing from them. When you are buying they are all nice after the screw you and don’t communicate. Horrible horrible builder
