Terrible builder zero communication I will never ever recommend them or think of purchasing from them. When you are buying they are all nice after the screw you and don’t communicate. Horrible horrible builder
DEAR MINTO CALGARY, THIS UNPAVED ROCK- FILLED MAIN ENTRY DRIVE PATH IS UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!! The East Hills Townhomes are nice homes however I feel forced to change my tune on Minto due to the run around/ excuses/ and lies!!!! I have received for months on why this is not done! A number of other tenants I have spoken too and the property management group has tried to make you accountable and ALLLLL I keep seeing is Minto putting up of a full other set of Condos behind us, more townhomes at the end WITH A PAVED DRIVEPATH******* ... read more
