The assistant manager is always very combative when discussing issues with tenants as far as maintenance or even general pay issues, she does not show any sympathy for even emergencies or inhumane living conditions very poor customer service … we have reported an increase in pest in our unit for the last 4 weeks now and the issue has only gotten worse. Hemos sido la única familia latina en este barrio, todo el tiempo hay vecinos con armas, nunca nos han realizado mantenimiento, se quemó nuestra cocina y a pesar de pagar seguro cada mes nos están cobrando la reparación, si eres Latino y estás leyendo esto quiero que sepas que no serás bienvenido acá, nuestra vecina odia a los niños.
