Wow! All I can say is that I do not think that I have ever seen a place run so well - the service was par excellence - both prompt and proffesional - and the care that I received was 'S Tier' - from the webcite to parking to the waiting room - everything was phenominal - zero complaints from me - highly reccomended!
Easy appointment to make. Convenient with x-ray department in-house. The biggest problem I had was that the doctor I saw was very rushed and did not really listen. I was diagnosed with a fracture in my foot, sent on my way with a prescription and information that I would receive a follow up in two weeks with Pan Am. After numerous phone calls, it is still three weeks since my initial injury and I have no follow up appointment yet. 5 star experience. I was in and out in 30 minutes WITH X-rays .... no wait time at all with my appointment. They're open on weekends AND you can book online. The doctor was respectful, to the point, listened to me, thorough, and explained everything clearly. Legit one of, if not the best experience I've had in a medical clinic.
Got a next day appt with Dr. Amin Kabani, didnt wait very long at all. The place was nice and clean. He was kind and thorough with asking questions, history and examining my baby. Very happy with my experience here, will be going back for sure.
Dr. Jeffrey Le was dismissive and extremely disrespectful and stated "that story was weird" as if I was lying about the injury when I was explaining what happened and then implied I was doing something on purpose causing the wound to stay open. He also stated I was young and healthy so it should heal ok, meanwhile I'm there because my wound has not healed in almost 3 months.
