I sought help today when I cut my finger badly. The reception staff were very polite, I was seen quickly and given medical assistance. The nurse and doctor who treated me were very professional.
Terrible appointment booking system. Its almost impossible to get an appointment at this clinic. They only open the slots for 2 days at a time and its always fully booked any time during the day. Clinic and doctors are good but no use if you cannot get an appointment. Please bring back the regular call and book appointment system.
I needed to be seen over the long weekend ,called and called ,they called me back got me in that day .So grateful to the staff ,the doc from St B was amazing took the time with me .Thank you
This is the best minor illness clinic around. From making an appointment on. I had fallen and hurt my knee and toe. When I came in I met with a nurse which sent me for X-rays. Met with Dr. Smith. and he informed me that I broken my toe and broke my knee cap. And explained everything. He immediately had a nurse put me in a brace and more importantly contacted orthoptics.
