I had my first appointment there last Saturday and was impressed! Quick, polite and professional service. The nurse was amazing, and Dr. Doucet was very attentive and sent the referral as requested. Overall very positive experience
I’m really glad this is a service available in our messed up health system. I’ve used them twice and they were easy to book an appointment with, fast, but still took time to listen. X-rays done quickly and the results reviewed right after. I appreciate it, and Dr. Plett was really lovely. Thanks again!
What a waste of time! Doctor was in and out in 2 minutes. Told me there was a fracture and just buddy tape it. Got in to Pan Am 3 days later and it is now casted, as it should have been. Pan Am doctor said this clinic has no ability to cast or splint. If you suspect a break, go elsewhere!
I would say "most" of my experience was great. Nurse that looked at my ailment was awesome, x ray was fast, receptionist was polite and quick. My only issue was the Doctor. I dont know if he was having a bad day but he seemed rushed and didnt assist me at all. He assessed me correctly but because i walked slash hobbled to the clinic he thought i was ok. I ended up going to a second doctor elsewhere who prescribed me with pain relief (something the first doctor said i didnt need) and within hours my foot was feeling better. I... read more
