Was a good place. Truck broke down and missed two days of appointments. No sympathy. Instead when called for an appt and taking a taxi. They manufactured false tmstatments something about pushing someone down. Discontinued treatment won't keep there next appointment now that my cars working. Was getting treated for depression and PTSD. They have no concern about my health. Would not suggest. Not an honest place.
Ketamine has been life-changing for me. After starting at another clinic I transferred to Minnesota Ketamine. As an RN, I'm very particular with the care I receive. I no longer felt safe at my former clinic, and reached out to Christy and Angie who helped facilitate the transfer. My former clinic made the process quite difficult, but thanks to those two going above and beyond and being sensitive to the anxiety this situation created, I feel like I'm "home." Changed my life
Phenomenal staff. Phenomenal experience. The clinic and its staff have changed my life for the better, and I can't thank them enough! It has been some months since my six infusions (9 months or so), and I feel like life is still the bees knees! For context, I previously dealt with Long Covid, and severe depression and suicidal ideation. I'd even attempted to take my own life, as well. After having tried several ketamine clinics, I discovered Minnesota Ketamine and Wellness Institute. They are by far the best I have experienced. The owner is onsite and very invested in positive outcomes for all of her clients. The staff members are all kind and caring.
