This place has amazing customer service! Michaela is the bomb—I’ve been coming here for years, and she noticed my DV plates and let me know about their veteran discount. She updated my subscription on the spot and saved me money! Every time I visit, the staff is genuinely happy, offering dash wipes or suckers for my kiddos without me even asking. Love Velocity!
I paid over $20 to drive through this car wash and I still had soapy water on my car and cow poop from driving through cattle drive. It didn't clean very well at all for the price they charged.
Why is it always the “greeters” that will break your company? I turned right around and left.
Awful carwash, the self service is always broken and filthy, went through the automatic one and got the $22 Elite...it didn't get my truck washed properly, it doesn't have wheel and tire shine, they don't even have towels when you stop and vacuum and their vacuums barely have suction....horrible car wash, typical for a Montrose business
