I did an equine assisted coaching session with Karena and it was more than I ever could have imagined. I wasn't exactly sure what to expect but from the moment I arrived Karena made me feel so welcomed and comfortable. I was able to work with her and the horses to understand and learn new things about myself and how I view the world around me. I grew up with horses but I left my session with a completely different view of them and myself. I am so grateful for such an wonderful experience and coach!

I recently had an equine coaching session, facilitated by Karena and partnered with Rowan. I approached this experience with an open mind and heart and with trepidation. I loved everything about my recent Equine-Assisted Coaching session. With Karena’s skillful guidance, my equine companion, Rowan, and I served as each other’s sacred witness. We did some intense work together in a relatively short amount of time.
