Had my first class, and it was amazing! The candlelight flow class was just what I needed
I love these classes! Molly does a superb job of integrating every part of your body to ensure mobility and strength training. She definitely pushes you to your limits! I used to just go to the gym but have recently recognized that I need more ways to work my body, having a professional who knows what they are doing makes me so grateful for her instruction and guidance! I was hooked after my first class. I love the variety here: grounding candlelight sessions, invigorating vinyasa flows, and challenging sculpt classes. A huge shoutout to Molli—her classes are incredible and have become such an important part of my wellness journey. I am so thankful to have this studio in our city. TLDR: Just sign up, you won't regret it! 10/10
