I have been dealing with George Tsiadis in the Preston/Coburg are for 2 years now. he is by far the best caretaker I have come across in my travels as an OC manager. He is my eyes and ears for my properties. He is attentive, diligent and hard working. Always helpful and quick to identify and report any issues. At times he goes way beyond his normal scope to assist me and the residents at my complexes in achieving favourable outcomes thus saving time/monies for the owners corporation in the process.
