We signed up for a 6 session bi-weekly group. When we arrived for our first session no one was there. We called, waited, searched - the group wasn't there. 4 Days later we were told that there was a "miscommunication" and the group wasn't running. We sacrificed many other opportunities to attend that session and future ones. This non-communication resulted in big dysregulation that had a domino-effect and could have easily been avoided.
