I chose to try NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) because I was looking to re-wire my brain and learn healthy responses to triggers and it felt like a good step in my journey of getting in tune with my higher self. It has taken me a little while to write a review after working with Thomas for a few months to hash out the multitude of mental issues I was experiencing, but I have to say the work we did has been very effective. I came to Thomas struggling with addictions and the ability to check my ego at the door and I have to say none of those things are an issue now. If you are willing to put in the work, the Mind Guy will definitely provide you with the tools to start seeing more clearly and build the life you've always imagined.
