Really bad experience. The clinic insisted they called me and sent messages to me when I honestly didnt receive and then insisted that either something was wrong with my phone or my line with the telco, when I received messages and phone calls from other numbers. Could not tell me which number they messaged me from, didnt want to see my phone log. Insisted I turn up to at least get half off from medicare or I pay the full amount for nothing.
