One of the most disorganized medical facilities I've seen. Been trying to get a refill, but no luck. I called. The pharmacist sent a refill request. I put in a request using the app. it's been over two weeks, and nothing. No meds, no return calls, no responses. At all. This is a fly by night business.
The Mind Clinic staff are excellent and very responsive to inquiries. The providers are very empathetic and amazing.
The new location is fantastic. The space and the environment makes you feel very comfortable
