We have had two wonderful experiences at The Mind Center with Dr. Turkoglu. With concerns of what to expect and a bit of nervousness in each of us, she made us feel at ease right from the start. She explained the process, length of time, and offered a break between the family session and the individual session with one of my parents. I reached out to The Mind Center to receive a letter of support for a gender-affirming surgical procedure. Dr. Turkoglu was wonderful to interact with. She is simultaneously professional and personable, and I felt at ease during our interview. The letter she wrote was high-quality and accurate, and it is clear she cares about her patients. I also received the letter in a timely manner. I strongly recommend her services if you’re looking for accessible, quality care.

I highly recommend the Mind Center. What I initially expected to be a stressful experience actually turned out to be just the opposite. I was not sure what to expect when I was referred to the Mind Center by my Neurologist, other than to plan to be there for four hours. Dr Turkoglu reached out to me prior to my appointment to make sure I was aware of the time and location, and to answer any questions I had. Dr. Turkoglu has been very patient over the last year as we have been debating a cognitive test for my husband. We cancelled one appointment and wrote several texts with questions and she remained very helpful each time we reached out to her and he finally decided to have the test done. When we arrived she was welcoming and accommodating to both of us and explained fully how the day would go.
