They canceled my appointment just to put another person in my spot as if my mental health was lesser than another’s. Horrible customer service and care, sadly there aren’t more mental health providers because this is not it!
Scheduling appointments here is a beyond frustrating process. You have to leave messages, only for someone to call back over a month later. I had to be very pushy, calling several times, in order to set up my appointment. They have been unclear about the process for initial telehealth visits, so much so that my visit had to be canceled (as the session was supposed to be starting) because I was not properly informed that I had to be in the office for it. The absolute worst place ever. I called everyday for 5 days to make an appointment for my mother. I left 4 messages and on the 5th day I asked to speak to a manager. The manager scheduled the appointment. On day #7 I received 4 phone calls all asking to schedule an appointment. On day #9 they called to say the provider wasn’t taking any new providers. I felt the need to leave a review because the reviews here are so terrible, and I don’t think it’s fair to the staff that my child has seen. Mind and body honestly answered a prayer for us when we were in desperate need of help, and the two providers my child has seen thus far are wonderful. My child has seen Jessica Partin, and Maureen Darling, and all of my questions were answered, I feel like they were thorough, and once we finally got the call to be seen, we were scheduled very quickly.
