I agree with Heather, I have call at least 5 times and left messages, no response. Mind and Body was recommended by two of my doctors, I will tell both of my doctors that I didn't receive a call back from Mind and Body.
I was referred to this therapy office by the VA and started seeing Marie who’s been amazing. Although we've only met once, she is easy to talk to, and really made me feel supported. I truly wish I could continue seeing her. Unfortunately, the front desk staff has been very unprofessional. The first time I called, a male staff member was short with me and got an attitude just because I was spelling out my name. ABSOLUTE THE WORST. MY CHILD HAD SEEN MS. MICHELLE M. FOR 4 YEARS. IN 2023 SHE RELEASED HIM RIGHT BEFORE ACCEPTING A NEW POSITION IN SMYRNA. I JUST RECENTLY IN MARCH TRIED TO GO BACK THERE I WAS PUT WITH A NEW COUNSELOR WHO OUT OF 4 VISITS WE SAW 1X DURME TO THE COUNSELOR NOT THE CLIENT. THEN I WAS TOLD THAT I WOULD BE REASSIGNED SINCE THE FIRST COUNSELOR WAS HEADING OUT FOR MATERNITY LEAVE. SO I WAS SCHEDULED WITH ANOTHER THIS APPOINTMENT WAS SCHEDULED 2 WEEKS BEFORE THE APPT. It was great. The staff for Dr. Chia are always very courteous and kind!! They check me in and wait time is very quick. They are amazing! They deserve a raise!!!
