Great hotel and great service. Also great location close to Victoria cross station but set back up a drive way from the road. The room was clean and quite spacious and I was lucky to have room on the top12th floor. I would stay there again as good location, nice room and pleasant staff
It's truly a wonderful place with a fantastic view. You'll be delighted to gaze at the city from your room—it's absolutely breathtaking!
Renovation is great, much nicer. Room was clean and tidy.
Fantastic hotel. We booked online. On arrival they said they had no double rooms available. Tried to cancel booking online to get refund. Called the provider. Spoke minutes and phone cut out. After 25 mins of waiting and not getting anywhere another lady came down and said they could make up the twin single room as double in 20 mins. We waited a half hour and this was done thankfully as we travelled from Penrith to get there and it was getting late at night.
