Worst hospitality experience ever; I've been travelling for the 10 years this is the first time I had to pay for early check in, as I had to freshen up after a travel. Now the hotels are not taking extra credit card surcharges but they are trying to charge you for everything where ever they can. The gym does not have drinking water. The room does not the mandatory items such as body lotion; you have to ask for your everything. If you are charging about 300 aud per night they should at least help with some basic things.
Super comfortable - wish I was here longer
