I have lived at The Mill apts since March, 2022! The management is the the worst I have ever experienced! The excercise room temperatures are 84 to 97 degrees! All complaints are ignored! The out fit running this place is cheap as cheap can get! Any request i.e. new carpet, toilets, etc. are fine as long as the tenant foots the bill! Find a more suitable apt where all reasonable requests are respected!
Great living space and location. Justin in maintenance is great.
Places are nice, however there are some shady people that live there. Criminal type. Jeff Blair in particular. He scams and Robb’s anyone in his path. BEWARE!!! I built him a beautiful bar for his bar room, he was very happy with it as well. He never paid the bill.
