I lived at The Mill for over a year, and I couldn't have asked for a better place to call home. The location is unbeatable - being right by the creek walk, downtown shops, events, and local restaurants made living here perfect!! I’ve lived at The Mill for 1 year and today I am moving out sadly. This has been by far the best complex ever. It is super clean and well-maintained. The community super nice and friendly and the unit layouts are to die for. Last but not least, RYAN! A1 maintenance tech. I’ve only ever had to put in a few work orders for minor repairs and it’s almost as if he’s waiting in the bushes for you to press “Submit”. We had an excellent experience working with Sherri and Carson to secure an apartment for our son moving here from Virginia. Everyone was extremely courteous and professional. They answered all of our questions and assisted us with then entire move-in process. We love the historical aspect of these apartments and proximity to downtown Prattville and all it has to offer.
