ordered ahead, waited over 13 minutes. great service but found meat in my omelette, i can’t eat pork.
I’ve order the same breakfast sandwich almost everyday and they always get it wrong. They get annoyed making a BEC?? Gotta find a new deli
I hate doing this, especially for a family run business, but I’ve rarely ever felt disrespected when ordering food. This is maybe the first place. Probably the worst service I’ve received in a decade since coming to New York. Don’t pay attention to your order, get your order wrong, have the audacity to get upset when you correct it - just horrible.
Horrible! I ordered the Bing Bong sandwich. Says it has BBQ sauce but I think they forget that the bread absorbs the sauce, so I'm biting into a load of dry chicken and bacon. Would be smart if you add a container of sauce on the side. Totally not edible as is.
