We send our thanks for the awesome managerial support we receive at the Residence. Kathryn in the office is wonderful on the phone and very responsive to problems or issues that come up with a smile on her face and in her voice. This has been a particularly difficult week with the avalanche of heavy snow and ice but bless Tommy's heart - he has kept that snowblower going full speed for days with his never-fail and can-do attitude. I have lived here for 2 years. I love my 2 bedroom. I love my drive in garage. Appliances are all good, quite. Walk in closet, large main guest bathroom, I could go on & on. The staff has been helpful and have helped solve whatever issue I have. My only complaint would be parking. There just isn't enough. Friends come and see the "Residence parking only" and they think they have nowhere to park. Confusing. Recycling or lack of is a problem. This day & age no excuses not to recycle.
