We are almost 6 months into our Milky Way Sleep program and it has truly changed our lives. Our 1 year old went drom multiple wakes to not one but TWO solid naps and sleeping straight through the night 7-7! We had a unique experience because Gala tailored two seperate programs for us. She provided a clear and comprehensive plan, support tailored to our needs and goals, with options for how we wanted to manage our nighttime and nap struggles. Not only did it help us through the 4 month sleep regression but also gave us guidance for the next challenges and we still refer back to it at 1 year to remind us how to manage challenges that present themselves.
Absolutely incredible to work with! My little one was never an easy baby when it came to sleep but Gala was so amazing to work with from start to finish. She tailored her plan to exactly what we needed and was available whenever I had questions. Gala was super helpful when we were having questions about a rough sleep patch we were going to. She was responsive and kind and adapted to what we were wanting to accomplish. She also followed up which I loved as we made us feel more valued. I’d recommend her program to anyone.
