We stay here for an extended stay over the 4 th of July holiday. The B&B is perfectly located and just minutes and single digit miles from shopping in neighboring villages. We walked to the American Legion and also to an awesome farmers market. The beds are super comfortable. This is an adorable home. The is over 100 years old. We recommend.

I stayed here for 2 months during my internship in Clinton. The landlady was very warm and hospitable, she made sure we were serviced with the best. I am truly delighted with my stay and would definitely love to visit the place some day. Theresa (the landlady) provided us with all basic facilities and was very concerned about our needs. Definitely recommended for who wants to live in the countryside.

DECEPTIVE INNKEEPER - Be very careful about putting a deposit on a room at Milkhouse. I talked with the innkeeper about her cancellation policy and she told me I would receive a full refund on my deposit (with no cancellation fee) if I cancel within a certain timeframe. I cancelled several weeks before the cancellation policy stated. Still she charged me $25. I tried calling her to resolve the issue but she would not answer my calls. She's not trustworthy.
