The Mighty Olive is a great business if you like the personal touch with well-informed owners/staff. Sampling is encouraged so you can discover your preferences and develop new favorites. I've loved both classes that I've attended (Salad Making and Olive Oil 101). I'm anxiously awaiting more classes and great new ideas.
Amazing customer service, we love all the oils and vinegars. I grabbed the ghost pepper salt on one of my trips and it is amazing. We cook with the salt every chance we get.

I love this place, good prices for really good tasting olive oils and balsamic vinegars infused with various fruits and herbs, all organic! They let you sample any you are interested in, also there are jarred olives and lots of gift ideas. I have used almost all I bought and need to go back.
