I’ve been growing Mighty Microgreens for (I think) two years now. I love that they send me every single thing I need to grow them. Working 50+ hours per week, I don’t have a ton of time to make everything from scratch and as healthy as I’d like. Dumping a handful of microgreens into a protein smoothie each day gives me a huge boost. I just grow them in my kitchen windowsill and plant a new pot every three days.
