Horrible practice and ethics. At our consultation she repeatedly reassured me that she does not take advantage of clients and include frivolous fees and would not include her paralegal unless it would save money. I presented this concern after reading other reviews stating the double billing and money hungry practices. Sheryl was a great attorney. The one complaint that I had was every meeting we had with Sheryl her paralegal was there. Every time we went to court, her paralegal was there. If we were at the court house for several hours,we not only paid for Sheryl's services, but we also paid for the paralegal's services, even if she wasn't doing anything, we were still billed for her services.
