Terrible experience, super disappointed the people were very rude did not have good attitudes whatsoever the room wasn't very clean it was so sketchy and trashy homeless people everywhere definitely in the scrappy part of town. Front desk person ignored me while on there phone for a good 10 minutes before helping me. The breakfast was awful, barely any options for food and what they did have was so cheap and ice cold.
I should have checked the reviews. I just assumed it was a hotel but this is definitely like a motel 6 (which is also right across the street). The area was surrounded by homeless and felt unsafe with the other guests yelling/fighting in the parking lot etc. Smelled like smoke most areas. Breakfast was also not good at all. Room felt decent for the price, definitely not super clean. We stayed for four nights and they cleaned the bed for us once when we asked them to.
Traveled to Sacramento to pick up my service dog ended up staying at the midtowner, the lady up front was very rude n unprofessional I let her know my service dog will be in the hotel with me because of my seizures and she started raising her voice saying no pets are allowed, I explained he’s not a pet but a service animal that helps with my disability, I shit u not this lady told me she would pray I have a seizure tonight n then was yelling at me telling me I should know better then to bring a dog ….at that point I was shak... read more
This is the poorest excuse for a hotel and staff I've ever dealt with. Avoid.
