My family and I had come to tour, The Midland and had a wonderful experience, thanks in large part to Malcolm. From the moment we arrived, he was kind, welcoming, and incredibly accommodating. Due to a recent storm, the elevators were unfortunately out of service, and my parents—who have health issues—were unable to climb up to the fourth floor to view the specific unit we were most interested in.
