I would love to give it more stars, but it’s advertised as “luxury” living, but the 3000 building is anything but “luxury”. It does not feel warm and inviting and the rent is just as high as the better kept building.
We had our closet breakdown in the middle of the night this past weekend and I called our amazing leasing agent, Malcolm and he was able to fix the issue immediately. Victor did such an amazing job and I am very happy with the service that they provide. Highly recommend.
Sophia was extremely nice and helpful! The staff is amazing and the apartments are beautiful for the price! I highly recommend this property to anyone looking to move to the Gainesville area. I had such a great experience there.
