I cannot recommend Taelour at The Middle Wellness enough. For the longest time, I dealt with constant, chronic pain behind my right shoulder blade that left me constantly readjusting and stretching throughout the day. Every single night, my husband would have to rub that area because the knot was so persistent. After just one session with Taelour, that pain was completely gone.
