This is regarding my clients transportation confirmed by MidCumberland. This is an overvall summary of how experiences regarding cancelations and poor communication effects them making appointments or getting picked up on time. The worst experience ever by far. I took mchra transportation for about 10 years they where GREAT then now they cancell my ride everytime. You are better off taken an Uber or ask a friend or a family member to take you somewhere. A driver once told me they don't care about the drivers or the clients, I actually believe it now. There not dependable like they once was and they don't care.
