I unfortunately feel the need to edit my review after a really awful experience. While Michelle is a talented injector, the lack of professionalism and customer care exhibited was such that I would never recommend her business. She reached out asking to reschedule my appointment and after weeks of going back and forth, ultimately informed me that she no longer offers lip filler, but can keep my appointment as a Botox service (which I never expressed interest in). I can’t recommend Michelle enough! From the moment I walked in, she made me feel comfortable, answered all of my questions, and took the time to explain everything. She has such a great eye for natural looking results and really listens to what you want instead of overdoing it. I’m so happy with my Botox! Michelle was amazing and listened to all my needs when I came to her for Botox. She took her time explaining everything and when I had told her about my prior experience with someone else and my fears, she was very compassionate and re assured me I was in very good hands. After just a couple days I could already see results and knew I made the right choice by coming to see her. It’s been 2 weeks already and I am so happy with my results.
Michelle is wonderful, her office was easy to get to, and there was convenient parking. Michelle greeted me at her door, she was warm and welcoming. She is nothing but professional, and honest. Since my first visit with her, I sensed her care for her patients. She made me feel comfortable and explained each procedure with me. I will only trust her with my Botox and fillers. I one hundred percent recommend Michelle for your beauty needs.
