Imagine my surprise when I saw this company has a 5.0 rating when I learned that they make a habit of delaying payments to contractors they hire for their properties. We were contracted to complete landscaping services for this company and fulfilled all agreed-upon work in full. The project was completed as scheduled and to specification. Unfortunately, when the final invoice was submitted, payment was delayed and $250 remains unpaid despite the invoice being sent over a month ago.
