I truly don’t know where to begin with my experience living at the Metropolitan Tampa. This past year was frustrating and disappointing on so many levels, and I would strongly urge anyone considering living here to think again. To start, the Wi-Fi went out multiple times throughout the year—often for several days, and in some cases, nearly an entire week. I was excited to live here when I first signed my lease, but my experience has been deeply disappointing. I’m choosing not to renew, and I hope this feedback encourages improvements. 1. Trash issues are unacceptable: The building has only two trash chutes, on just one side of floors 3 and 4, making them extremely inconvenient for most residents.
