This is honestly one of the worst places ever, you can’t even have visitors without their cars getting towed and the front staff just expects you to know you have to get a visitor pass for people who are visiting when in hindsight the visitor parking sign has no explanations of the process
terrible. Trash is bad. smoke alarm always goes off. mail room is horrible. half the doors do not unlock when using your key. paying so much for garage parking for more, "safety" but the garage doors are open more than half the time so anyone can come in or out. defeats the whole purpose. it is ridiculous. too expensive for what you are getting. got my car towed as a resident and they were not compliant at all and did not try to help me in any way. Get your moneys worth somewhere else like the standard or hub.
I toured a lot of properties the past week and The Met not only had a great property but the staff was great help as well. I was filling out the application and had tons of questions and Ana was able to help me through them all, she was great!
Aiden is the best. He answers all of my questions and helps with parking passes too!
Kate was wonderful! She showed me the property and she is really great at what she does. Thanks for a great tour.
