The internet has been out for 3 days so far. They blame the company they contracted to take care of their internet services but fail to hold them accountable because it hasn’t been fixed yet. They also haven’t sent out an apology email or notice acknowledging that the internet has been out for so long. How is this permissible to an apartment building that markets towards university students is beyond me.
I had been looking for a place to stay for college for a long time! I toured almost every complex nearby, I mean EVERY and The Metropolitan was definitely the best in every aspect, amenities, cleanliness, friendly staff, and more! Especially Kate she’s the absolute best she’s so friendly and has honestly helped us to make our decision on the Met. She made my mom and I feel so welcome each time we visited and was always happy to answer our repetitive questions. Can’t wait to stay!
I signed basically immediately after touring. I am entering my graduate program at USF and felt it was the perfect place to be right by campus and still have a living environment conducive to my needs and success! Annabelle was an absolutely wonderful resource
Annabelle was our tour guide and was WONDERFUL. She answered all of our questions (we had a lot), was very patient and honest with us throughout our tour. The building is beautiful and the fact that it’s affordable and fully furnished definitely sold us. Great option for grad students at USF :)
If apartment hunting were an Olympic sport, Ana at The Met would be bringing home the gold medal. From the moment we arrived, Ana was friendly, knowledgeable, and somehow managed to answer every question before we even asked it. She gave us a fantastic tour of the property and made what is usually a stressful process feel easy and enjoyable.
