Shauna is incredibly gifted as a professional therapist who stays connected and in tune with artistic instincts and emanates a very healthy energy that goes into her work and the clieint's experience.
I went in today for a custom massage with Shauna due to some tightness and stress related muscle pain. She was so kind and took the time to understand my goals for the massage. She was also receptive when I needed any modifications and did a fantastic job on the massage and provided some education after about things to do to help my tight fascia. I highly recommend and will be back.
Rolled the dice and picked the Metropolitan for a couples massage on our 20th anniversary, and we are both in heaven. Excellent work on both of us. My only regret was not booking a full 90 minutes!
