How this place is still in business is beyond me. I was TRYING to have my baby shower here (planned for September) and everyone kept giving me the run around. I called 4 times with either no response or somebody from events picked up with a nasty attitude and suddenly forgot how to do their job. They kept saying for an entire month somebody would get back to me and they never did. I finally made one last tearful phone call and was met with yet more snarky attitudes. I gave a 3 because of the experience I had with the Hispanic woman security guard on the first floor. She first denied me entry, asked for me and my guests IDs multiple times, insisted I wasn't a member and then when proved wrong, made it seem like she did me a favor by letting me in. For clarity, I'm a black woman. It very much gave racial. I've been an invited club member for a while now but my first time at this club, and as this was by far my worst experience.
