I moved to Bala Cynwyd in November of 2025, and chose Metropolitan Bala Cynwyd after an exhaustive search. Looking back, this is really the best apartment in this area, with great neighborhoods. Andrea of the lease office is also very nice and helpful all the time.
I have been living at Metropolitan Bala Cynwyd for a very long time. The community is wonderful, great people! The grounds are kept beautifully with a beautiful courtyard. The parking lot has just been repainted for easy parking within the lines and the Property Manager, Andrea, and the maintenance supervisor, Tomas couldn't be nicer or more efficient. Great place to live! I have been very happy living at Metropolitan Bala Cynwyd.
I can’t believe how much I missed living here. It’s easily been one of the most memorable living experiences I’ve had in my 10+ years in the U.S. Andrea is hands down the best property manager I’ve ever met—there are so many positive things I could say about her.
