DO NOT live here if you plan to have people visit. They have towed my family car that was visiting even with a valid parking.
Will tow you even if you have a valid parking pass. Insanity, can’t even have guests come to visit.
Don’t live here. They towed my families car although I live here and tried to say they had an invalid parking pass. They are CRAZY!
Metropolitan Apartments in downtown Raleigh is an incredible apartment complex!! Well managed and very nice stay for what has got to be the most reasonable pricing in the downtown area. If you're considering downtown, this is the SPOT! HUGE shoutout to Britney and Ashley for consistently going the extra mile and doing the incredible juggling act of keeping the complex running smooth! 😁
My experience here has been outstanding well-managed, and truly phenomenal. The staff deserves particular recognition for his professionalism and willingness to assist with any concern, no matter how small. It is rare to find genuinely prioritizes every single person and this one does exactly that. Thank you to Kendall Edge for all he has done and still doing
