the hotel was so beautiful and was less than a minute's walk from the station, and super close to a wide variety of restaurants. loved the library and art deco vibes :) the receptionist (lady with black curly hair) was an absolute angel in every interaction and let my friend and i keep our bags at the reception even after we checked out- loved her lots
The location is great, unfortunately the staff are impatient and impolite to oversea tourists. The check-in procedure out of regular service hours is unclear. The experience is not good.

Good guest house
Had a place booked for one night this weekend. Booking.com sent me an email on Wednesday requesting payment and then cancelled Thursday 12am. Shock horror I don’t check my email everyday. Can you at least make a call before you cancel a booking 2 days before one? I know this is an automated thing but there are humans on the other end.
