Omar, our maintenance technician, was wonderful! He was prompt, super efficient, clean, and very communicative.
Lived here for 2 years and had no major issues. Staff was always kind and helpful, and the maintenance and custodial staff are incredible. Everything is always really clean and maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner. Easily the best apartment management I've experienced and the amenities are top notch. There are cleaning fees upon move out, but this was communicated ahead of time and they didn't seem unreasonable to me.

Lived here 1 year, and they aren't giving us our security deposit back. In the lease, it doesn't say anything about a cleaning fee, but $280 is taken despite how well you clean before move out. We did no damage to the apartment, so there's no reason we shouldn't get the rest of our security deposit back (3 roommates with $500 security deposit each), I have received no word from management about why this is happening.
