I've lived at the Metro since January 25 but have chose to not renew my lease because the general manager is on a power trip and is generally acknowledged as a jerk. The rest of the off
Ally and Tyson are absolutely a Blessing! These apartments have truly been a blessing! The entire staff went above and beyond to help me secure a place, and I can’t thank them enough. Everyone I’ve met has been so kind, supportive, and genuinely caring. Even though I don’t get my keys until tomorrow, I already feel right at home! Their compassion and professionalism made the process so smooth and stress-free. Big shout-out to this amazing team—you all deserve every one of these five stars!
Fire alarms go off every week. Never for a fire though!! But they go off building wide weekly sometimes nightly if we’re lucky. Getting sleep is almost impossible anymore. Also a HUGE safety hazard as idk when a REAL fire is occurring.
I currently live here and in the last 3 weeks the fire alarm has gone off in the middle of the night 3 times. I sent an email asking for the plan to resolve this issue and they ignored me. Management doesn’t seem to care about the huge disturbance that this has caused. My cats are traumatized and I can’t even imagine the residents with small children. I’ve also lived here over a year and they haven’t fixed the fire pits in the common area.
Aly has made my experience living here so easy and enjoyable from the day I got a tour up to now. She remembers my name and clearly cares for the residents. She always says hi when she sees me. Every time I see her she asks if there's any work orders or anything I need done. She's extremely helpful and has made my living here at The Metro Apartments the best experience I've ever had with an apartment complex. Highly recommend working with her!
