Omar was great for maintenance! Came about an hour or two after the request was submitted and fixed my dishwasher and changed my lightbulb in about 10 minutes, and have had no complaints since! Very friendly too!
This is the only negative review I’ve ever left for a business. The positive ones absolutely have to be fake or compensated. Pros - The maintenance team is responsive and very kind. Always responds within 24 hours. Also, whomever cleans the hallways is amazing. So thorough and always so clean! Gym and pool are great amenities. Cons - Lived here for ~2 years and through a few rounds of management; has really gone downhill.
