My vehicle was stolen out of my parking garage and after multiple calls, emails, even a rip to the management office have not helped me review the footage / provide it to the police or anything. Has been well over a month now since the theft so they should have had more than enough time to review.
My experience with the team here at The Metro Apartments, has been phenomenal from start to finish!!! Aly, Was very personable, genuine, and just genuinely a great person. She was easy to deal with very intelligent new exactly what her job entailed. She made the process so easy and brighten my day, just smiling and laughing throughout the day. Aly did a fantastic job showing us around during the tour, she was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and welcoming. Along with that she is very willing to work with your situation to find the place that works best.
