My experience with the team here at The Metro Apartments, has been phenomenal from start to finish!!! Aly, Was very personable, genuine, and just genuinely a great person. She was easy to deal with very intelligent new exactly what her job entailed. She made the process so easy and brighten my day, just smiling and laughing throughout the day. We were residents of the Metro about 1.5 years ago. For some unknown reason, my Amazon account randomly decided to send some packages today to that address instead of my current address. Amelia graciously spent the time going through various lockers and such to find the missing packages and was the only person that was helpful in the process given that USPS and Amazon were totally impossible to get ahold of despite my best efforts (AI bots only for both).
