I will say the workout is amazing! Some are better than others but overall a really amazing workout! The owner is very very committed to her clients having an amazing workout! Which is love! I wish they were all like that but most trainers are very good. Now onto the negative.. one thing I will say is their policy and waistlist is horrible. Great work outs, coaches are super helpful in making sure you have the best form and you push yourself to get the maximum out of your work out. Great music and lagree community. I always leave the class feeling accomplished!
The Method is my newest addiction! I’ve been doing Lagree since 2021 and this is by far the most challenging studio I’ve been to- in the best way! Jen is an absolute HOOT! If you have the pleasure of taking on of her classes- please do! You’ll be obsessed. Fantastic job team!
I’ve been doing Lagree for 5 years and have been to multiple studios in multiple states and The Method studios are my favorite. They have the best staff, techniques, and cleanliness standards. At The Method, my body received the best results I’ve had in my fitness journey. Above all, I appreciate their business practices; I had to move on a whim and they compassionately refunded me for prepaid classes. Going to miss them!
