I ordered a high end Ebike from the store. I was surprised it was delivered to the store the same day. The next morning, the shop customized it the way I wanted. Service was very prompt and done well. Their technicians are quite knowledgeable Dan, the manager, answered all my questions and literally bent over backwards to keep me happy. I got my money's worth! I will definitely go back for future maintenance on my bike.

This place is fantastic. I was a little intimidated walking in, but there was no need. Everyone that I came into contact with was warm and welcoming and super nice. Especially Nick - super helpful and patient with my very many, very basic questions. Didn't make me feel like a dummy - even though I totally am when it comes to bikes - and didn't sell me things that I didn't need - even though he totally could have. I've never experienced such consistently bad customer service than when walking into a random local Austin bike shop and timidly asking a question...an act that typically garners instant scorn. Not this place! Walk in with a dumb question and they will actually be nice and say, "no worries, it's our job to know, not yours, we'll help you figure it out!"
