I hired him for a breach contract and defamation case. A few months before the scheduled trial, I pressed him on legal theory about the plaintiff not being a third-party beneficiary to a contract. His answer was the plaintiff cannot claim third-party beneficiary. He did not have a theory. Then he quit. I had to hire a new lawyer.
