In all my years traveling and staying in many hotels, I had never experienced such quality of customer service. The whole staff was extremely accommodating and always willing to help. Special shoutout to Nicholas at the front desk for just being a great human being. His customer service skills should be the standard in the hospitality industry. I've stayed at The Merrill 4 times and it's an exceptional hotel in every aspect. This hotel could be located in downtown Chicago and be among the top 5 hotels in that city. The Mississippi River is right across the street, the restaurant and bar is top notch. I had a tuna appetizer that melted in my mouth which is one of your complimentary items for Platinum Marriott members.
Beautiful spot on the river. Walking distance from alot of fun spots. Great food
