A lovely cozy cottage that feels like home. Everything is wonderfully decorated and all the amenities are well-appointed. This is not a generic Ikea land accommodation. You are right on the water with your own dock. Check in is super smooth. You're within minutes walking distance of everything you could possibly need.
I stumbled across The Mermaid Cottage after some accommodations had fallen through and boy did we get lucky. Liz was more than accommodating. The booking was made with ease via email and text and payment was accepted via an e-Transfer. Liz made us feel like old friends, making us reservations at the local restaurants and giving us advice as to where to visit in the area. The cottage had everything we needed for our stay. Really cute interior and exterior. Well stocked kitchen, comfy furniture, fabulous view, dedicated parking, walk to shops and restaurants, a perfect getaway place.
