Exceeded our expectations! The apartment was spacious, nicely furnished, and featured a beautiful balcony with water and city views. It had comfortable beds, air conditioning, ceiling fans, and a great location. It is also highly affordable when splitting the cost with family or friends. Our only criticism was the car park map provided; it was inaccurate and caused us to drive in loops before finding the spot.
As an investor–owner, I’ve had an excellent experience working with this management team. They managed our apartment as a holiday rental with professionalism, care, and clear, proactive communication throughout. They were also incredibly helpful during our renovation and the transition to new tenants, offering practical advice and hands-on support that made the process seamless. We recently stayed here and overall had a very enjoyable experience. Our apartment had a pretty good view of the Broadwater, with a glimpse of the ocean—though there are now many more high-rise buildings than on our last visit. The two-bedroom unit was comfortable but cleanliness could have been improved, as there was some black mold visible in the bathroom grout and the verandah was in need of a thorough clean.
