I’ve had terrible luck with realty companies in the past, but I had a great experience when I had to call to get some information for my housing situation. I should have asked the name of the girl that helped me, but I think her name may have been Dominique, she was fantastic and made the experience much smoother than expected. Overall I was very impressed with the kindness and respect I experienced during my call!

I’ve had nothing but incredibly disappointing experiences with property manager Ken Hoffman. He has consistently shown a lack of respect toward both myself and my employees, making communication and collaboration unnecessarily difficult. Additionally, addressing maintenance and repair issues in a timely and efficient manner has proven to be a major challenge. If you value professionalism and prompt service, I would strongly suggest considering other options.
