Maintenance and security are deteriorating while HOA fees are rumored to increase 30%. Major house cleaning is needed.
I’ll maybe consider going back if they cut the $500 charge for “sanitizing the dishes and the bed sheets”. In other words, running the dishwasher and putting the bed sheets through the washer. Why not just give the option to have the tenant do that themselves? I bet 99% would. Especially since the place wasn’t even clean, there was still boogers left over under the armrest of the recliner from the last tenant
