Leah Harlan is wonderful. She challenges my habits and thought patterns in ways that my previous therapist never did!
I'm very glad to have been referred to this provider last year. I don't normally leave Google reviews, but their current overall score doesn't match my experience. Dr. Dwyer was kind and understanding, provided lots of medical insight, and my sessions with him proved to be extremely helpful.
I never give reviews. Melissa has shown nothing but professionalism for all the years I have known her. Advise from her has been priceless and valuable. On my first visit she recommeded the book "The Shack" and it changed my life. It took me 40 years to seek counseling but when I met her I knew she was the therapist for me. HIGHLY-QUALIFIED & HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
I can't even comment on the merits of the practice considering the phone system is a nightmare to navigate. I figure weeks of playing phone tag and unable to get ahold of anyone to even schedule an appointment is the best indicator of how bad this place must be
One of my best friends used to see Melissa Findlay monthly. Up until one day she unexpectedly didn’t show up to a meeting. She emailed them saying that she’ll reschedule their appointment, and once my friend responded, they never heard back from Melissa again. Melissa completely ditched her client. Not acceptable nor professional.
